Welcome New board members - 2 women

Welcome to the Board: Meet Madison and Claudia

Cay Galgon Life House

mayo 8, 2026

Cay Galgon Life House is growing, and so is the circle of people committed to its work. This spring, the Life House welcomed two new members to its Board of Directors: Claudia Panichelli and Madison Dill. Both women share a deep commitment to their community and a belief that every mother deserves to be supported, nurtured, and empowered.

Claudia Panichelli came to the Lehigh Valley in April 2025 when her family relocated from Rochester, Minnesota, and settled in Forks Township. With a chance to put down new roots, Claudia was eager to find her place in the community. Friends Ted and Lauren Hozza invited Claudia and her husband to the 2025 Casks and Corks event, and what began as an evening out became something much more. “The testimony of the women who spoke were deeply moving,” she reflected. “I wish more people had the opportunity to hear from them.”

With seven years of experience as a healthcare recruiter, Claudia has deep roots in project management, event planning, and workforce development. Earlier in her career, she saw firsthand how a single opportunity, given at the right moment, can open the door to lasting stability and a meaningful future, and she brings that conviction to Life House.

Raised in a family where service to others was a guiding value, becoming a mother has deepened that belief. She and her husband, Anthony, have a two-year-old son named AJ and a Miniature Dachshund named Pickles, who AJ considers to be his best friend.

For Claudia, joining the Life House board is about showing up for other mothers the way others have shown up for her.

Madison Dill grew up in the Lehigh Valley, attending Emmaus High School, and earned her Finance degree from Bloomsburg University, specializing in Personal Financial Planning. She lives in Bethlehem and works as an Associate Wealth Advisor, helping families navigate major life transitions with clarity and confidence.

Madison was introduced to Cay Galgon Life House by a former board member, and after touring the facility, she knew she wanted to be involved. “The impact extends well beyond the house, reaching into the community where support is needed most,” she said.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys staying active through indoor cycling, Pilates, and exploring local trails for running, and hiking with her two chocolate labs. She also values spending time with her family, who still call the Lehigh Valley home.

Life House is fortunate to welcome both Claudia and Madison to the board. Their professional experience, personal commitment, and genuine care for the families served by this organization make them a meaningful addition to the Life House community. We look forward to the season ahead.
